๐Ÿ’ก Simple Definition: Mindful Eating means paying full attention to what you eat, chewing slowly, enjoying flavors, listening to your stomach when full, and showing gratitude to farmers and nature!

  • Chew Thoroughly: Chewing breaks food into tiny pieces and mixes it with saliva for smooth digestion.
  • Avoid Distractions: Do not watch TV or use smartphones while eating. Focus on the taste, texture, and aroma of your meal.
  • Gratitude & Respect: Food comes from hard work by farmers, soil, water, and sun. Avoid wasting food!

Our body requires 7 essential components from food to grow, stay healthy, and stay energetic:

1. Carbohydrates (Energy Givers)
