Business Process Management (BPM) includes organising and improving processes such as customer support or record handling.

3. Apply it

The IT-BPM industry includes different roles and services; work can involve data, software, networks, support and digital operations.

4. Remember the process

IT applications appear in home computing, libraries, education, entertainment, science, healthcare, insurance, marketing and public services.
